Frank and Jan found us on their street working on their neighbors house, Carlsbad job. We replaced the natural sod around the pool and spa with artificial grass, reducing the maintenance 100%. We extended their patio down the side yard by matching their 10 year old pavers. Now bring on the picnic table!
